Innovative Recon is an automotive detailing company for car dealerships, we are looking for quality employees from the Deland/Debary/Sanford/Lake Mary area to the Orlando/Millenia area as well as the South Orange Blossom Trail Area. We are hiring auto detailers and car wash attendants for both full and part time positions. We have both day shifts and afternoon/evening shifts available.

Job Description
The automotive detailer is responsible for cleaning new and pre-owned vehicles at a dealership. Basic responsibilities include washing, vacuuming, steam cleaning interiors, cleaning wheels, cleaning windows, waxing, polishing, as well as other appearance related processes. The detailer is also responsible to perform quality control inspections on the vehicle he or she is working on as well as document all work activities as required. Employees must have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and have a sense of urgency to complete projects. Employees must have the ability to drive high performance luxury vehicles in a controlled safe manner. Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and must be able to walk, sit, bend, push/pull, stoop, kneel, and crouch, outdoors.
Applicants must be dependable, detail oriented, and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Training is available as needed.
Employees must have a neat, clean and professional appearance.
