Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Take any interested person and develop their skills from a ground level to a functional “C” level technician
- Give trainees the understanding of the basic dynamics and operation of a vehicle while guiding their way through proper care and maintenance a vehicle
- Explain the dealership service repair process and the importance of the services they provide
- Provide a thorough understanding of the job description and opportunities they have committed to execute
- Train the proper use of equipment, safety, surroundings, schedules, and team work
- Train the entry level technician to learn and comprehend manufacturers service bulletins and training modules
- Help trainees have a better understand the brand they will be working on and the specific brand technology they will be servicing

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
