Holland Manufacturing Company, located in Succasunna NJ, is a growing manufacturer of converted paper products and is in search of full-time automated machine operators to join our team. Holland Manufacturing has been in operation for over 63 years and is family owned and operated US manufacturer.

Holland services the industrial packaging market which is currently being fueled by the growth of e-commerce. Holland’s primary product is water activated tape which can be seen on many e-commerce packages from the world’s largest retailers. With aggressive growth plan and continual investment into state-of-the-art converting equipment, Holland is great environment for gaining industrial paper converting and manufacturing experience.

Job Description

Holland Manufacturing is seeking an individual interested in becoming part of manufacturing team and operate one of several automated paper converting machines within our Succasunna, NJ facility. Candidates will have the opportunity to learn to operate several types of paper converting equipment including automated rewind slitting machines and automated flexographic printing presses.

Machine operating experience is not required. Holland Manufacturing will provide training and build a candidate’s skill set to operate. Mechanical amplitude, eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic are requirements for this position.

As automated machine operator daily tasks include set-ups, specification review and implementation, PLC controlled machine operation, continual quality control and inspection, computerized production reporting, executing inventory transactions, shutdown and cleanup of the machine.
