Requirements:

Needs at least 5 years automotive or heavy truck paint experience.
Needs to be experienced with spraying urethane paints and epoxy primers.
Needs to have at least 3 years body repair experience.
Experience in working on a commission basis is a plus, but not necessary. (this is not a commission based position)
(Unfortunately) house and building painters, or gel coat sprayers are not considered for this position.
Job description/details:
Fairly fast paced work environment with great pay and benefits. Paid holidays,

Must be trained and familiar with how to do light bodywork on damaged body panels to prepare for refinishing.
Must be experienced in how to use body filler and shape to duplicate original panels shape.
Must know how to prep metal and/composite substrates to paint to manufacturer’s requirements as well as our company’s Quality standards.
Must be able to apply urethane single stage Paint, for an OEM looking finish.
Must be a paint spot repair master.
Must be able to use air buffer to blend spot repairs in area’s where needed.

Tool usage Experience:

Air sander (DA)
Air grinder
Air spray guns (gravity feed) mostly.
Air buffer
Pop rivet gun
Other various types of hand tools Wrenches, sockets, body hammers, dollies, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $24.05 per hour
