We are looking for a results-driven Sales and F&I Professional to sell cars and complete their customers’ financing. This is a HYBRID Automotive Sales and Finance & Insurance role where you are responsible for the entire purchase experience from sale of the vehicle to completing the customer’s loan, finance and warranty package. The right individual has extensive automotive sales experience behind them. If you have prior F&I experience that is a wonderful plus.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Several years of car sales experience REQUIRED; F&I experience is not required – we can train the right person
  • Professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service and negotiation skills
  • A passion for sales and customer satisfaction
  • Be up-to-date with all the latest in the automotive industry
  • Identify the needs of a customer, recognize their buying signals and close the deal without being overly aggressive

RESPONSIBILITIES of the Automotive Sales and Finance & Insurance Professional:

  • Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their automotive needs and interests, and matching them to the most appropriate car.
  • Understanding the characteristics and features of all cars, and providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models.
  • Identify the needs of a customer, recognize their buying signals and “close the deal” without being overly aggressive
  • Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features.
  • Building a rapport with customers to improve the possibility of a future sale and ensuring a smooth transition into the financing portion of the transaction
  • Taking full ownership of the customer’s complete experience and transaction at the dealership including sale, financing, warranties and final add-ons during the “paperwork process” (Finance and insurance portion)

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
