Position Overview

Ed Morse Brandon Automall is currently seeking excellent Automotive Sales Representatives to join our team!

Location:

Brandon, FL

Responsibilities:

• Consulting with customers to find a vehicle to fit their specific wants and needs.
• Prospect and contact potential customers.
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
• The professional completion of all sales related paperwork.
• Following the Ed Morse “Steps to the Sale” to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year automotive sales experience required.
• Steady work history and a strong desire to succeed.
• Basic MS Office knowledge and internet proficiency.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and follow-through skills.
• Valid Driver's license
• Must successfully complete a background and drug screening.
• Ideal candidates are goal-oriented team players who are dedicated to providing quality service and have a drive to succeed.
