Our fast-paced Dealership has an opportunity for a motivated experienced Service Advisor to join our team. To ensure optimum customer service, we’re hiring a Service Advisor to work one-on-one with our clients and support our Service Manager. The Service Advisor job will be to advise customers on the available parts, service and repair recommendations. We’re counting on you, as a Service Advisor, to develop extensive product knowledge and to serve all customers with a positive and professional attitude.

Service Advisor responsibilities

• Greet customers when they arrive at the Parts and Service departments and help them accordingly
• Consult with mechanics about necessary repairs and parts needed for the job
• Provide customers with in-depth information about their repair what they can expect during their stay at the shop
• Answer questions about service outcome (after consulting with mechanic if necessary)
• Advise customers about warranty protections and potential cost savings
• Help customers make priority decisions about their recommendations for their car repairs
• Be a liaison between Service Manager and the customer
• Work with the service center’s workflow and scheduling
• Call customers to inform them of changes in service or to let them know their vehicle is ready for pick-up, along with update information

Requirements:

• Automotive knowledge required
• Ability to work well independently and as a team member
• Extensive knowledge of automotive industry and parts
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate equally well with technicians, customers, and senior management
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
