We are a very established and SUPER Busy Service Dept. We have Lots of opportunit,and an established flow of business. We are looking for a Motivated and Experienced Advisor who is good with clients, good at follow up,returning calls and making friends. We are looking for Experienced Service Advisors/Service Writers to our amazing team. We have a combined service dept for both Ford/Lincoln and Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram brands with certified technicians and lots of customers.

Pay is a combonation of salary plus commissions. Pay range depends on how motivate one is.

We range from $50,000 to $150,000!

The advisor position includes checking in customers and going over scheduled maintenance.You will also go over diagnostics, and also suggest other services.This is a relationship building business with you and our growing clientele.

Automotive Service Advisor Job Requirements Include:

• Automotive service writing, experience preferred but not required. We will train you to greatness
• Strong selling skills
• Strong CSI track Record
• Able to take direction from multiple employees and prioritize work
• Good communication skills, including the ability to listen to customers and determine how to assist them, continuous follow up with multiple customers at one time
• Ability to work well in a fast paced, team environment
• Knowledge of automotive systems, tools and repair processes
• Outstanding attention to detail with a commitment to high quality results
• Ability to use technical reference manuals and materials in both written and online formats
• Ability to communicate technical terms to non-technical audience
• Ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety
• Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize
