Overnight Awake Shift Worker (Full-Time) - Fall River, MA
We are seeking an Overnight Awake Shift Worker to work in Fall River, MA in a 9-bed, group home for boys (ages 13-17) involved with Department of Children & Families (DCF).
Pay and Benefits: $21.00 per hour; medical, dental and optical insurance; bilingual pay differential; life insurance; tuition assistance; graduate school scholarships; paid vacation and holidays; paid sick and personal time; pre-taxed childcare; training and supervision, and much more.
Qualifications:
- A high school degree or equivalent;
- 21 years of age or older
- Have a valid state driver's license; and legally registered and insured car for work use.
- Ability to work a varied schedule (11pm-7am) includes weekdays, weekends and some holidays.
Responsibilities: Supervise up to 9 boys (ages 13-17) and assist them in meeting their treatment plan goals. Provide behavioral support and informal counseling, be a positive role model for the young men; assists the boys to perform daily life skills activities; provide overall safety and structure within the home. Must remain awake and alert throughout shift.
