Position: AWS Ops. Engineer
Location: Remote
Duration: Contract / FTE
Job Description:
· Experience providing support for Linux & Windows systems
· Knowledge of setup/provisioning of server environments in support of application purposes
· Operations within, the AWS Cloud
· Must be comfortable using AWS premium support to resolve and troubleshoot any issue in timely fashion.
· AWS services experience below mentioned services but not limited to those
· EC2, VPC , Route53, RDS, CloudWatch , Cloud Trails , SSM, FSx CloudFormation , IAM Security Center, Aws Organizations , Direct Connect ,VPN
· Perform root cause analysis on critical incidents and events with servers and networks and provide technical support
· Analyze various logs, traffic trace, VPC flow logs firewall logs
· Operational Knowledge of ServiceNow
Certificate Mandatory
AWS Certification : AWS SYSOPS
