Position Overview:

Johnsonville, LLC and its Members are committed to having the highest impact on our customers’ success. Our Customer Service Team is committed to this goal and has an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive, energetic individual, who is dedicated to exceptional customer service to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a high level of customer service and value (knowledgeable, positive and professional), acting as a company representative for internal and external customers. This includes:
  • Work with customers, the sales team, brokers, distribution centers and internal members on related customer service opportunities
  • Monitor customer orders and shipments for accurate items, prices and delivery dates
  • Provide order information to internal and external customers
  • Execute and analyze customer related reports
• Act as the primary representative and contact for specific customer accounts
• Participate in and lead cross-functional teams and meetings
• Manage metrics and assist or lead projects related to customers
• Be responsible for understanding the complete order to cash process

Education:

• Associate degree, working toward a degree or equivalent experience required

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service is preferred

Skills and Competencies:

• Creative problem solver
• Proficiency with Business Software (SAP preferred), and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); basic EDI knowledge a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customer accounts, brokers, and sales team
• Organized, accurate and strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
