About us
Dunwoody Country Club is a family oriented private country club that offers its members top notch facilities, engaging programs and events and a high end services.
We are looking for a competent Banquet Server to take and deliver orders. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers. Responsible for assisting with set up, execution and break down of private events. Events will range from under 10 guests to 300 guests. Ability to serve plated events, buffet service, upscale wine dinners as well as business meetings and conferences.
Responsibilities
- Prepare event tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- Attend to customers upon entrance
- Ability to formally set tables and buffets per event specifications
- Ability to be on feet for periods of time.
- Collaborate with other banquet servers and kitchen/bar staff
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
Skills
- Proven banquet serving or waitering experience
- Attention to cleanliness and safety
- Patience and customer-oriented approach
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
- Responsible and trustworthy
