We are looking for an enthusiastic bartenders & servers to provide an excellent guest dining experience. Good bartenders will be able to prepare classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Good Servers will be able to professionally serve our guests and be well versed on our food selections. Our full time bartenders and servers make an average of $800-$1500 per week depending on how many shifts they prefer to work. No late nights and Sunday's off always. Closed major holidays. We are locally owned and operated and in the process of expansion. Open daily from 11am-9pm. We have an incredible local following and wonderful regulars!
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills
- Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Must be able to lift an average of 30 LBS
- Relevant TABC License or ability to obtain one within 30 days.
