Bartender/Server Job at The Brig
Fast casual dining restaurant in Navy Yard, looking for a bartender/ Server. Experience is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Set up /breakdown the bar and all open wells
- Prepare ingredients to use in drinks
- Make drinks/ run drinks
- Do assigned side work
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment behind the bar
- Ensure all items are stored properly
- Check quality of ingredients
Skills
- Experience in bartending and serving
- Knowledge of cocktails/ recipes
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a team
- Very good communication skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $35.00 per hour
