Job Summary: We are looking for a BDC Sales Representative/Manager to join our growing team!

Primarily responsible for lead management activities in support of the company’s sales goals. The BDR will work directly with potential customers as they access our website to give them information about our products and help set up appointments to meet with our sales team. We are looking for candidates with experience in the automotive industry or any telecom experience in either a Sales or Internet/BDC capacity to provide support for our Sales team.   • This is NOT a Sales position and NOT 100% Commission. This position is paid hourly plus MONTHLY BONUSES. Current BDRs are currently earning between $40,000 - $50,000 per year!!

Job Responsibilities

  • Outbound and inbound customer phone calls (sometimes 30-50 per day)
  • Respond to customer's internet requests
  • Respond via email and phone to internet leads
  • Identify and analyze customer needs by asking the right questions
  • Set appointments for the sales team and follow up to confirm
  • Ensure a positive, best-in-class customer experience
  • Introduce customers to the Management team
  • Enter customer information into CRM (Promax)

Job Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license, along with:

  • GED, High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree preferred but NOT required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or internet sales is preferred but NOT required.
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to understand manufacturer’s specifications and/or pass manufacturer tests.
