Reporting to the Director of GTM Operations, the BDR Automation manager will be responsible for managing productivity tools, processes and enablement of the Tegus’ Business Development Org. We fundamentally believe that this role helps scale our business development and pipeline generation functions.

Responsibilities

    • Evaluate the existing technology stack and review current needs, gaps, and removal requirements.
    • Ensure ongoing enablement, onboarding and adoption of effective BDR prospecting tools and processes alongside integrating new methods of productivity.
    • Own and build a best-in-class prospect experience for inbound lead generation.
    • Manage any necessary platform migrations and integrations associated with the end-to-end design.
    • Be our gatekeeper for technology and the subject matter expert both internally within Tegus and externally with our vendors.
    • Manage cross-platform workflow orchestration, ensuring consistency of information across our core MarTech, Sales and CS technologies.
    • Be the BDR organization's POC for troubleshooting, front-line feedback and technological needs.
    • Partners with the internal data and analytics team to ensure trust in data mapping back to our design process.
    • Provide consistent and reliable SFDC reporting on BDR performance, aligning with our org-wide GTM measurements.

Qualifications

    • 5+ years of professional experience in a Marketing operations role.
    • Administrator systems and processes on behalf of a BDR organization.
    • Experience in lead Routing, MAP-CRM sync.
    • Proven track record of launching, documenting and ensuring the adoption of tools, systems and processes across BDR and Sales teams.
    • Be a platform power user or certified expert in 2 or more of these systems - Salesforce, Hubspot/Marketo, Zoominfo, Outreach/LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
    • Strong ability to manage multiple and competing priorities and deadlines.
    • Strong communication and cross-functional skills. Showcase how you have worked well with cross-functional operational teams.
