Becker 1st Mate Job at TowBoatU.S. Fort Lauderdale
We are accepting resumes for the 1st Mate on our 96' steel work boat the OSV Richard L. Becker. To be successful in this job, you must be detail oriented, productive, disciplined, have mechanical knowledge and able to safely operate the vessel in various conditions and locations. Crane and lifting experience is a plus. You will act as 2nd Captain on Launch, Salvage, Towing, and Charter jobs. You must be able to lead the deck crew in a safe and professional manner. You must possess a 100 Ton Masters License authorized to engage in commercial assistance towing near Coastal rating, Radio Operator License, Radar Endorsement, STCW certification, TWIC card, Valid Passport, Dive Certification and PORT ID. Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a similar size vessel.
