Bellman Job at Union League Liberty Hill
Job Title: Liberty Hill Bellman
Reports to: Director of Operations
Annual Base Salary/Hourly Rate: Compensation
Objective:
The Bellman is responsible for assisting guests with luggage, meeting and greeting guests upon arrival and departure, provide assistance to front desk agents and to concierge, as well as providing lobby doors coverage.
Liberty Hill Bellman Responsibilities:
Opening:
1) Make sure newspapers have been delivered to guest rooms; if not deliver to stay over rooms. Report to Perleacer, Emmarie or Paul when Security has not delivered the papers to the guest rooms.
2) Vacuum welcome mat.
3) Review Arrival list with Front Desk for gift bags/welcome package deliveries, cribs; other needs for arriving guests. Make sure cribs are made up.
4) Be available to assist the front desk with anything they need.
5) Keep walkie on you at all times.
6) Greeting arriving guests and retrieving their luggage.
Morning/Mid-Day:
1) Assist Housekeeping with bringing towels and linen down to laundry.
1) Restock bottled water in the bell closet.
2) Thursday/Friday/Saturday: Distribute hotel gift bags if there are any.
3) Assist with guest luggage
4) Keep walkie on you at all times.
5) Check in with housekeeping to see if they need anything, during your down time.
Evening:
1) Assist with guest luggage
2) Before you leave vacuum entrance and welcome mat again.
3) Check for trash out front and the bell closet.
4) Keep walkie on you at all times so guests can page you for guest assistance.
