Position Description
The Benefits Specialist is responsible for assisting in all aspects of the benefit enrollment process to include report writing, verification of plan enrollment, and customer service. This position is also responsible for answering phones, assisting walk-in customers, and scanning/maintaining documents.
Position Requirements
Bachelors Degree and 2 years or more of experience in human resources or related field. Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, analytical, organizational/planning, and time management skills. MS Office and customer service skills.
Preferred Requirements
5 years or more of experience in human resources or related field.
