What you'll do:

The role provides category support to the buying unit with a focus on assortment planning, product selection and promotion, vendor negotiation, gross margin, inventory control, and creates store merchandising directives. In addition, the role provides dedicated category support to the Ecommerce team, collaborates with upper management on marketing and promotions. We are looking for highly motivated individual who has a passion for the adventure sport industry.

To be considered, you should:

• Previous experience as a buyer for a multi-location retailer.
• 2 - 3 years retail experience with progressive responsibilities.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Entrepreneurial thinker, Strong mathematics skills, highly analytical.
• Familiarity with the Open-To-Buy
• Must have strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel
