We are seeking a sales representative and a teachable person!
Responsibilities:
- Assist new and existing customers in upgrading / New Activation / Adding new line(s)
- Make customers satisfied with our services and products
- Troubleshoot technical issues for customers
- Receive customer payments
- Offering & assisting customers to purchase accessories.
- Inventory check and restocking.
- Maintaining location clean
Qualifications:
- Willing to learn new task and good follower
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Tech-savvy
- Bilingual preferred (Spanish, Portuquese)
- Availability to work typical retail hours(930am-730pm), including weekends and holidays
