Job Description
Main Purpose
The Billing Clerk reviews and ensures the data from our Customers and Services is accurate in order to present to Customers the invoices for payment.
Key job responsibilities
- Generating the SAP unbilled report to obtain workload and reviewing receiving execution and pricing
- Working with various departments to prompt timely sales order issue resolution by making necessary updates based on system reports and associated sales order paperwork
- Reviewing pro-forma invoice with job owners (Customer Experience Representative,…)
- Releasing/preparing sales orders for invoicing
- Merging of orders and other customer specific requirements; posting final invoice, printing required back-up and invoice distribution in customer requested format
- Preparing hard copy package for postage
- Continually monitoring the SAP unbilled report to support the process
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or the equivalent is required
- An Associate’s Degree in an accounting or environmental discipline preferred
- Must possess attention to detail and motivated by meeting/exceeding set goals
- Proactive problem resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365. SAP experience is a plus
- Works well in both a Team and individual setting
- Comfortable in a fast paced work environment
