Your Opportunity: Taylor Print & Visual Impressions is seeking a Billing/Collections Specialist for our Fenton, MO location!
Your Responsibilities:
- Preparation of bills and invoices.
- Balancing bank statements, cash balancing, and payment applications.
- Assisting with customer questions and making outreach on collections.
- Processes changes in information system to support accurate and efficient billing process and financial close.
You Must Have:
- Certificate or degree and 1+ years of experience in accounting, finance or similar
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures related to the role
- Strong communication skills; written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks
- Self-motivator that can work independently and on a team
