Women's Health Care
$3,500 Sign on Bonus
Responsible for billing processes for a busy Women's Healthcare practice including charge entry, posting office encounters into EMR, correcting claim information, and managing customer billing inquires. 3 years medical billing experience preferred. Certification in medical billing preferred. Entry level certified coder considered.
Completes posting and charge entry for all patient encounters within the medical office & surgical billing for patients at AJH.
Answers all patient inquiries regarding covered benefits and balances. Processes patient payments from billing hotline.
Manages all referrals for patient visits.
Manages all un-posted co-pays weekly and all missing slips.
Minimum Education
High School Diploma or equivalent.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Graduate of a Certified Medical Biller program preferred.
Minimum Work Experience
Practice-based medical billing experience required.
