The projected range for this position is $70,000-$95,000 annually. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly.

Billing Specialist to join our team. In this role you'll use problem solving and critical thinking while applying accounting, finance and business acumen. You'll work with senior engineers who are Project Managers. You'll need to come with experience in project accounting in an Architectural, Engineering or Construction firm or a similar project accounting function in another professional consulting industry.

- Review and support accounting job setup.
- Provide contract billing support to numerous Project Managers.
- Interpret contracts from a billing and cost perspective.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and others involved in tracking job status
- Provide other project accounting and administrative support as required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related area preferred or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project accounting in an Architectural, Engineering or Construction firm or a similar project accounting function in another consulting industry
- Strong teamworking skills
