This is for anyone with prior experience in management or advising in high-end customer service or hospitality environments, as the skills directly transfer.
Though it helps, this is not a position that requires any prior sales, or automotive experience. Our most successful Service Advisors are nurturing and LOVE customers! The right candidate will love growing with and learning to lead the team, and enjoy learning a long-term career.
We will provide full training to learn the position and industry!
However, the following we cannot train, this position is only for a person who is a:

This is a challenging and rewarding career starting at $60,000-$70,000 M-F 8 AM to 5:30 PM with exceptionally priced medical, dental vision, life, ST/LT disability, PTO, team building events and weekends off to enjoy doing what you love. By year 2 on the job, pay can advance from $70,000 - $85,000.

What is a Service Advisor's job?

-Sales: Helping people get their broken cars back on the road by getting to know them and their vehicle and building a trusting relationship with them through creating a plan for them, and helping them to make decisions you believe are in their best interest for their vehicle and lifestyle.

-Project management: You are responsible for converting incoming calls to appointments, estimate pricing and and parts logistics, keeping technicians working and motivated by managing workflow through the shop, keeping in contact with your customers proactively and making changes in the operation as needed to deliver on your word to the customer.

You build relationships with our customers because we sell repairs and services tailored to the customer's lifestyle and vehicle plans. No two vehicles or customers are the same.
You will focus on making the process as convenient as possible to the customer’s lifestyle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
