Mike Calvert Toyota has an immediate opening in our body shop for an experienced collision estimator/blue printer. The Blueprinter is responsible for owning the full disassembly, estimating and repair process while ensuring quality repairs are provided in a timely fashion. This candidate must be able to provide world class customer service to our customers, with a proven track record of high-performance repair production. * The right candidate with the right experience will be able to make $5000-$10.000 per month.*

Requirements:
- Oversee disassembly process
- Review initial estimates and write final estimates
- Communicate with the Parts department
- Maintain repair plan accuracy
- Conduct in process quality checks
- Pre-close the final repair order.
