Everett Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac is a family-owned and operated dealership doing business since 1967. We care about both our employees and friends (customers). We are a High-Performance dealership selling more than 4,250 vehicle a year. We are busy year-round because of our strong insurance partners and centralized Collision Center that supports all three of our dealerships. We also have the largest parts inventory in western North Carolina which enables us to reduce cycle time by having the right part at the right time! We have completed our 8,000 sq. ft expansion to provide a better customer experience while increasing shop capacity. Everett Chevrolet is looking for an experienced Collision Center Estimator to join our winning team. This is an excellent opportunity to take your career to the next level. This role includes but is not limited to estimating, sales, profitability, customer service, production, employee relations, insurance relations, and more. The Role: The Collision Center Estimator Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.

You Provide:

• A truly Exceptional Customer Experience
• Responsible for coordinating communications with all other (internal & external) stakeholders for the repair
• Estimate all drive-in appointments as well as "walk-in" customers and complete repair plans
• Check-in vehicle upon drop off with the customer.
• Prepare and complete proper paperwork for the final customer packet prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice)
• Post repair plan documentation (CCC1)
• Provide post repair plan communication including all vehicle status updates
• Complete total loss administration
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in estimating, I-CAR Certification, and familiarity with CCC ONE a plus
• A complete understanding of the collision repair process, and familiarity with insurance repair procedures.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license
