Boilerhouse Trainee -
- Successful completion will prepare candidates to progress through the Boiler House Technician Program
- 90-day probation period; must acquire MN special license within 90 days
- Successful completion of training and assessments will be necessary to continue and complete the program.
- Expected to follow 12 hr schedule (some training may be held on day shift)
- American Crystal Sugar offers full time, year round positions with day one health insurance, dental, paid time off, 401K with a Company Match and a defined pension plan - paid training,
- All PPE supplied.
Minimum Requirements
- Candidate will be required to take a reading, math, & mechanical aptitude test. The most qualified applicants will be selected for the program.
- Preference given to applicants with previous boiler and/or turbine operation experience.
- External Applicants must pass pre-employment drug screen, pre-work safety screen where required and pre-employment criminal background screen.
