Bookeeper Job at SEV Laser Aesthetics
SEV laser is LA's finest MedSpa and has an immediate opening for a part-time Bookkeeper.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Reconcile cash accounts and credit card statements with proper GL coding for multiple locations.
- Assist with month-end closing process
- Assist with I/C transactions
- Assist with semi-monthly payroll for multiple locations
- Manage Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Inventory reconciliation
- Assist with the preparation of property, business, and sales tax filings for multiple locations
- Assist with 1099 preparation and filing
- Ad hoc projects as needed to support management
Qualifications and Requirements
- BS degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proficient in Excel
- Knowledge of GAAP
- QuickBooks preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have exceptional attention to detail
- 1-2 years of accounting experience
- Must be able to commit 2-3 days per week
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
