bookkeeper - part time / full time Job at Golden Gate Construction LLC
We are a small company but growing fast. We are looking for the right candidate to become our full time in-house bookkeeper. You can work remotely to start with. Once our office location is finalized ( will be in the area of south King County and north Pierce County _ Kent/ Auburn/Puyallup), we'll expect to see you in the office then :)
Knowledge of ComputerEase, our accounting software, is not a must. Training will be provided. Need to have 3+ years working experience in bookkeeping or accounting. Attention to details and responsible. Can start as part time and ramp into full time.
Job included but not limited to: 1. data/ invoice entry, bank & credit card reconciliation, adjusting journal entries, monthly closings. 2. Maintaining accurate books on AP & AR 3. generate financial reports as requested 4. Tracking payments, terms and contract requirements 5. other duties to be assigned
