Branch Manager Position

Job Description: Experienced Leader to Oversee Day-to-Day Operations in the Michigan Branch for Established Surface Pressure Control and Wellhead Company in the Oil and Gas Industry.

Job Location: Grawn, Michigan

Job Pay Scale: Negotiable – Based on Experience

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Safety & Environment Oversight –Alongside Safety Director
• PPE Management
• Overseeing Safety Training & Documentation
• Waste Disposal, etc.
• Compliance Oversight - DOT, OSHA, Etc.

• Facilities & Equipment Management
• Supervision over ~7,200sqft, 5 fleet trucks, 8 technicians

• Inventory Control/Management
• Oversee Ordering, Storing, Receiving and Distribution Processes of Products & Supplies
• Developing Protocols for Loss Mitigation
• Analyzing, Tracking & Controlling Inventory

• Production & Service Scheduling & Fulfillment
• Work Closely with Project Management and Service Management for quality and timely delivery and installation of goods and services

• Manufacturing & Production Oversight
• Document Management
• Freight Management
• Production Orders
• Manufacturing Orders
• On Time Deliveries

• Process & Procedural Training & Supervision
• Shipping/Receiving, Production, Service, etc.

• Branch Profitability
• Ensure capture rate of material, hours, freight, etc.

• Human Resources
• Manage Employees
• Performance Evaluations
• Disciplinary Actions
• Lead Day to Day Responsibilities
• Lead Productivity in Performance

• Onboarding & Terminations

Required Skills/Abilities

• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegating when appropriate.
• Proficient in systems and computers

Education and Experience

• Minimum of five years of experience as a Branch or Operations Manager
• Proven Results as a Leader in Operations and Fulfillment
• Preferred Experience in the Energy Industry or Sales and Service Operations
