Main missions and responsibilities:


Assists the CCO or Group CEO of Delvaux to determine Delvaux North America’s values, mission, vision, and short- and long-term goals.


  • Oversees, implements, organizes and controls (including regular reports) all retail and wholesale activities.
  • Evaluates regional performance regularly and reports to HQ.
  • Full P&L, balance sheet and cash flow responsibility.
  • Implementation and participation of HQ communication, customer, event and brand awareness policy (in collaboration with the corresponding HQ departments).
  • Provides general oversight of all Delvaux North America activities, manages the day-to-day operations, and assures a smoothly functioning, efficient organization.
  • Monitors and evaluates Delvaux North America’s results (on all levels), its effectiveness, and its relevance.
  • Keeps CCO/Group CEO fully informed on the condition of Delvaux North America and on all the important factors influencing it.
  • Identifies problems and opportunities and addresses them; brings those which are appropriate to the CCO/Group CEO and/or its committees; and, facilitates discussion and deliberation.
  • Informs theCCO/ Group CEO and Delvaux’s committees about trends, issues, problems and activities in order to facilitate policy-making. Recommends policy positions.
  • Ensures the development and management of human resources by designing the appropriate structure, by appropriately allocating responsibilities, by adequately recruiting/managing/motivating and developing the Company, by communicating key information/messages and guidelines, in accordance with CCO/Group CEO/HQ HR.
  • Keeps informed of developments in human services, profit management and governance, all other factors impacting Delvaux North America.
  • Assures program quality and organizational stability through development and implementation of standards and controls, systems and procedures, and regular evaluation.
  • Assures the filing of all legal and regulatory documents and monitors compliance with relevant laws and regulations with the support of the Group

Expected Salary Range: $184,000 - $277,000

Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
