About the Role

We are looking for a Brand Manager, that has a Channel Marketing mindset, to help develop and activate marketing campaign strategies to support our Advanced Wound Care and Third-Party Biller sales channel teams, aligned with global guidelines and marketing priorities. You will manage and coordinate the go-to-market plans to help reinforce our health & medical brands' position in consumers & B2B customers’ perception.

What You Will Do

  • Assist in developing and implement effective marketing & communication plans for multiple therapeutic brands (Incontinence and Medical Solutions), focused on all target audience groups with the goal to further strengthen our brands’ leadership positions
  • Adapt global campaigns & create educational/sales materials for our local market
  • Contribute to Global Brand Development work related to the assigned brands, product category, or channel
  • Develop knowledge of the organization’s brands, products, services, and customers by working closely with more experienced brand/product managers
  • Support tradeshow strategy, from booth design/setup to speaker presentations and sponsorship opportunities; will attend in-person shows as needed
  • Lead digital marketing efforts as related to communicating with our target audiences
  • Work with external customers on training and print & digital marketing/advertising campaigns to help generate brand awareness
  • Liaise with print & digital designers and agency partners
  • Set clear KPIs, monitor & evaluate activities, take corrective actions if needed
  • Manage assigned A&P budget and allocate to different marketing activities, in order to maximize the investment, respecting product strategy and company’s guidelines
  • Participate in quarterly business review meetings with internal stakeholders
  • Monitor competitors’ activities & market trends
  • Effectively use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to provide business insights
  • Collect, compile, verify, and analyze data on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the brand/product/service
  • Proactively liaise and collaborate with other various functions, including Sales & Reporting, Marketing Operations, Legal, and regional and global colleagues to ensure optimal alignment and effective implementation of business plans
  • Uphold Essity’s Beliefs and Behaviors in everyday actions

Who You Are

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus
  • 3-5 years of strategic marketing experience
  • Experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing preferred
  • Channel Marketing experience a plus
  • Sound knowledge of the Customer Buying Process and Sales Process
  • Ability to quickly garner respect among peers (sales, marketing, Product, Market Access teams)
  • Experience in Business Case Development and Strategic Business Planning and Execution
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage and address an audience
  • Strong writing/editing/proofreading skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $83,000.00 per year
