Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of job-related experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (required)
  • Experience in CPG
  • Proficient in using ERP systems (required), D365 (preferred)
  • Proficient Skills in Microsoft Office Suite (required)


Job Description:

The Brand Manager is instrumental in driving our commercial and customer marketing efforts to build upon the company’s and brands category leadership position. This role executes the brand portfolio’s growth and go-to-market strategy while identifying key opportunities and tactics informed by market analysis to increase consumer base and consumption of the company’s products. The individual will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Creative, Finance and Operations teams to establish and implement customer programs, brand communication plans and sales tools that increase the product and brands’ sales and positioning in the market. This individual will serve as a passionate steward and advocate for the company’s brands and their values.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent analytical skills, ability to interpret large, complex sets of data and extract compelling stories that will create actionable, fact-based insights, and drive results for the brand
  • Takes initiative, ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at the executive level
  • Strong project management skills and ability to adhere to deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail; demonstrates passion for accuracy in both minor and significant workstreams
  • Strong understanding of the following areas: packaging, advertising, promotions, point-of-sale marketing, and retailer trade management
  • Experience working with syndicated data, preferably IRI, SPINS, or ACNielsen

Job Details:

  • Work Hours: Monday through Friday, Business hours, Remote
  • Work Attire: Use good judgment, keeping in mind the nature of their work, their own safety and the safety of others, and their need to interact with the public.

  • Ray Range: $120,000.00 – $140,000.00
