Bread Baker Job at M.H.Bread and Butter
This position is for the role of artisan bread mixer/baker (experience preferred but not required.. willing to train if you posess an ambitious attitude, are quick learning, and a team player). Must be comfortable working early mornings and have reliable transportation as the shift starts at 3:30 am until about noon. Part time or full time available. Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
Ability to use a scale and follow precise recipes
Mixing bread dough (must be able to lift 50lb bags of flour on a regular and daily basis)
Understand proofing and fermenting techniques
Shaping and baking bread
Possess a food handlers card or able to acquire one within 30 days
Keeping an organized workspace including regular sanitization

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation depends on your experience.
