Sundara Inn and Spa is currently seeking upbeat, motivated and guest-experience minded breakfast server.

The Sundara Inn & Spa servers makes each dining experience memorable through genuine enthusiasm for our extraordinary spa cuisine. You will embrace a commitment to nutrition, excellent cuisine and beautiful food service presentation. You will provide nurturing service to our guests in their suites and Nava restaurant.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Be cordial, efficient and professional in guest contact, while maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Maintain a pleasant and positive personality.

Strong organizational and communication skill.

Ability to work quickly, particularly when guest demands are high, with great attention to detail.

All other duties assigned by management.

Embrace Sundara’s policies and procedures, knowing those standards play a critical role in creating the ultimate guest experience.

Report to work on time and in proper attire, truly being “in the moment” and ready to contribute to our unique destination spa.

Conduct oneself with honesty and integrity.

Cordially acknowledge guests with Good Morning, Good Afternoon or Good Evening.

In keeping with the service culture of Sundara, never turn away from a guest, but rather take the time to walk a guest to their destination, or seek help if a guest needs assistance or a question answered that falls outside your department. Be in tune with the body language of guests, anticipating needs even when they do not ask.

Maintain a cooperative, team attitude in working with management and fellow employees (within the department and in other departments), to help achieve our common goals of maximizing guest satisfaction and profit margins.

Assist with beverage and cuisine items, as needed for guest and employee service.

Responsible for set-up, service, clean up and restocking of guest food service areas.

Take food and drink orders then input them in Resort Suite, run payments.

Pick up food from restaurant kitchen and deliver the food to the guests.

Make beverages/cocktails and deliver them to the guests

Responsible for meticulously cleaning all service-ware, general kitchen and all public areas related to food service.

Adhere to all sanitation and safety requirements.

Maintain communication with all supervisors and co-workers.

Maintain policies and procedures.

Read the daily communication log to update yourself on the newest information concerning the spa and spa finishing areas.

Complete all duties as assigned during the shift.

Complete and turn in side-work checklist.

Graciously complete miscellaneous projects as needed
