Welcome to Bloom! We are a Montana made dispensary with over 20 locations throughout the state. We are looking for awesome, positive & knowledgeable people to join our team! We are needing for someone to work at both of our locations within Billings & Lockwood.
This is 100% a customer service based job so we are looking for someone who can communicate well with the public, provide customers with the proper knowledge, guidance and patience!
21+ is preferred!
You need to have a valid marijuana workers badge in order to work in the cannabis industry. That includes having 2 copies of your fingerprints sent to the state of Montana, online training at https://www.montanamoodle.org/login/index.php and pay for a workers permit through the Cannabis Control Division at https://tap.dor.mt.gov/_/#1
Qualifications:
- An excellent attendance record and professionalism
- Must have a good attitude & ability to work well with others during long periods of time
- Basic knowledge of cannabis, preferred but not required
- This position involves prolonged standing, walking, and kneeling- not all the time but a good majority.
- Ability to tailor each guest interaction to the individual
- Detail oriented and able to handle a cash register in a fast paced environment
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Flexible schedule - available weekdays, evenings, weekends, and some holidays inlcuding floating between both of our locations if needed.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
