Budtender Responsibilities: Greet customers upon arrival, assist customers with choice of marijuana flower and related marijuana infused products, maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations, confirm containers contain appropriate products, print and affix labels at point of sale, and operate dispensary point of sale software and Metrc inventory tracking to process sales.
Inventory Responsibilities: Maintain inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed product and supplies, placing and expediting orders, verifying receipt, removing outdated product, maintain proper storage and security conditions as per established policies and procedures, follow the processing/packaging systems, and labeling systems utilized across the product line.
Receptionist Responsibilities: The receptionist answers phones, greets patients, enters customer data into system, and handles service scheduling. Verify customer identification cards authorizing them to receive marijuana products in compliance with State law, and assist patient check-in.
*Michigan State law requires employees to be 21 years or older to work at a licensed dispensary.
