You have access to a PAID inhouse training program to obtain the proper license and endorsements: o Driver's License (Required 3 years of experience) o Experience in Commercial Driving (Preferred) o CDL o Air Brake Endorsement o Passenger Endorsement o School Bus Endorsement

At Voigt’s, we strive to find the best fit for you through a variety of driving options.

1. AM and/or PM Routes o $24-$26 per hour + the Value Incentive (*see below) o An example of route times:

▪ AM 6:30am – 9:30am
▪ PM 1:30pm – 4:00pm o Transport students safely to and from school. o Engage in meaningful, positive interactions. o We service the Spring Lake Park School District. o Work year round - or - take summers off. o Snow Birds or seasonal drivers? Not a problem!

2. School Bus Charters o $22 per hour + the Value Incentive (*see below) o An example of a charter:

▪ 1:00pm Depart School with Basketball team
▪ 9:00pm Offload team back at their school after their game. o You could be offered charter work 4-6 days a week. o Transport students safely on field trips o Transport student athletes safely to their events

o Transport groups safely for company shuttles, weddings, concerts, birthday parties, or other special events. o Engage in meaningful, positive interactions. o Choose to work year round - or - take summers off.

ALTERNATE DRIVING OPPORTUNITIES

3. Mystic Lake Casino Route Driver o $20 - $22 per hour + Value Incentive o $15 per hour Sit Time at Casino o 5 Day Rotation: Includes either Saturday or Sunday o Two route times:

▪ AM 8:00am – 10:00am (Sit Time) 2:00pm – 4:00pm
▪ PM 5:00pm – 7:00pm (Sit Time) 9:30pm - 11:30pm o Transport guests safely to and from casino property. o Engage in meaningful, positive interactions. o We service various parts of the Metro area. o Choose to work Part Time or Full Time.

4. Motorcoach Charters o $20-22 per hour + the Value Incentive (*see below) o Coach Charters vary in times, locations, destinations, and groups. o Some are overnight, others are simple day trips.
