We are looking for a Temporary Business Administrative Assistant to support our Internal Departments. You will get to know all aspects of our company and will be involved in a wide range of projects and company initiatives to support our growth.

This is a temporary contract position with potential for hire.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ability to perform work involving independent judgement, accuracy and speed, maintain confidential files and prepare materials
  • Daily upkeep of spreadsheets on Google Sheets
  • Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing
  • Composes, types, and distributes professional correspondence and memoranda
  • Proactively establishes, and maintains highly organized filing system; files correspondence and other records
  • Assists in development and implementation of department systems and procedures as needed
  • Problem resolution, knowing when to escalate issues to management versus issues that can be handled independently
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management

Requirements/Education:

  • 2 years of Administrative Assistant experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Ability to make outgoing phone calls
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Proficient in Google Sheets preferred

Compensation: $22- $26 per hour depending on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Del Mar, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
