BUSINESS ANALYST Job at Olympic Steel
The Business Analyst will be involved with training, business analysis, interacting with stakeholders, and continuous process improvement. Utilizing knowledge of Olympic Steel and service-centers, this person will work with the applications/systems that interface with a multitude of other apps and systems. The Business Analyst will provide system usage support, end user training, document change requirements and technical specifications, execute unit and/or peer unit testing, support integration testing, and provide post-production release support. This person will also support ad hoc projects as needed.

- Previous operational experience with SEMS within Olympic Steel
- Ability to solve critical problems within a complex business system environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other computer systems
- Strong technological and mathematic skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to work with a wide variety of individuals
- Detail oriented with a strong commitment to quality
- Ability to regularly travel up to 10-15%; up to 50% during system implementations
