Job Description:
We are currently seeking a detailed, communicative, and enthusiastic Business Analyst to support a variety of commercial and federal projects. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has a strong technical understanding and excellent communication skills. He/she has demonstrated experience in business requirements elicitation, functional and process design, software testing, end-user training, small- to mid-size project management and general support. Qualified candidates will support full life-cycle projects by acting as a liaison between client stakeholders and development teams to deliver functioning solutions. You will work in a fast-paced environment and meet challenging deadlines. The ability to facilitate and be detail-oriented, and excellent written and oral communications are the important for the success of this project. The ideal candidate takes ownership for business needs discovery and documentation with a proactive mindset.

Duties:
Develops, coordinate and track projects for a variety of simultaneous initiatives of varying sizes.
Regularly meets with stakeholders to identify and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
Detailed-orientated as demonstrated by accurately writing functional and technical requirements including wireframes.
Work with software developers and architects to continuously refine the documented requirements and manage the project schedule.
Perform software testing and facilitate UAT to validate that solutions are properly scoped, designed, developed, and verified.
Develop procedures, manuals, and other documentation for the systems developed.
Regularly interface with senior management, stakeholders, implementation team members, vendors, and subcontractors to provide insight on project status, business requirements, functional design and remediation of risks/issues

Qualifications:
Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a business analyst with hands on experience in leading requirement analysis and writing user stories (such as mapping business and technical requirements into workflows and working with a user experience analyst to design wireframes for web-based UI applications)
Minimum of three (3) years of experience acting as the senior liaison between customer and internal teams on Microsoft 365 platform projects (implementations, customizations, migrations, and more).
Minimum of three (3) years of experience on waterfall and/or agile application development project(s)
Strong ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team and users
Demonstrated expertise in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). Experience writing business documents such as reports, presentation, status reports, etc. (writing samples may be requested) Self-starter with strong analytical skills and exceptional judgment
Ability to respond to rapidly changing conditions
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
U.S. Citizenship with Security clearance

Desired Qualifications:
Business Analysis certification (CBAP or PMI-PBA)
Microsoft 365 Fundamentals Certification
Experience working as a management consultant
Agile certification (Scrum Master, Agile Product Manager, PMI-PMP-ACP)
Experience delivering Microsoft platform solutions (Dynamics, SharePoint, etc.)
Experience working on US Federal Government projects
