As a Business Analyst I/II/III, you will be responsible for the following:
- Identify, understand, and document business needs/requirements
- Prepare and propose solutions including means to integrate information systems and business processes
- Translate business requirements to technical specifications and coordinate/lead all aspects of testing/quality assurance
Salary Range:
The starting salary range for a level one is $59,994-$74,392, level two is $73,918-$91,659, and level three is $82,049-$101,741; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.
Education/Experience:
You must have:
- An Associate’s degree in business or a closely related field required; two (2) years’ Branch Operations/Lending experience required
- For a level two: An Associate's degree & three (3) years’ Branch Operations/Lending experience required
- For a level three:Bachelor’s degree in business or closely related field required; three (3) years' Branch Operations/Lending experience plus 2-4 years' related IT experience required
Keys to success:
In order to be successful as a Business Analyst I/II/III, you must possess these qualifications:
- Must be able to work after normal hours and on weekends, as needed
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in a written format with a diverse group of users, managers, and Senior Managers to foster good relationships with each business unit
- Ability to organize and prioritize various projects and multi-task work assignments
