What to expect as a Business Development Lead at Blue Line Logistics:

· Mentor led three-month operations training.

· In depth understanding of the logistics industry.

· Knowledge to manage and grow your own accounts and your earnings.

· Learn freight brokerage operations, pricing, rate negotiations, and account management.

· Opportunity for professional growth and uncapped monthly commission.

Knowledge & Experience Required:

· Exceptional and professional verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent interpersonal skills with a desire to work with people.

· Multitasking and the ability to switch gears often throughout the day.

· Organized, self-motivated, and have a desire to exceed goals and excel.

· Microsoft Office experience.

· Bachelor’s degree.

· No logistics or sales experience required.

Benefits:

· Starting base salary between $43,000 to $50,000, based on degree and experience.

· Uncapped monthly commission so you can control your earning potential!

· On target total earnings: $65,000 - $100,000+

· 40-hour typical work week M-F
