ROI CX Solutions is looking for someone to join our team as a Business Development Representative. We are an energetic, team-driven, fast-paced environment, that seeks to celebrate success and reward results. In this role, you will focus on strengthening existing customer relationships, while identifying and establishing new customers. We are looking for someone who is comfortable using a variety of programs, primarily Microsoft Office suite, Excel, Powerpoint, and word along with HubSpot. Experience preferred but not required.
Qualifications:
- Ideally, 2 years preferred, working in a call center environment
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Organized and able to manage ambiguity and complexity.
- Solid analytical skills and preference for data when making decisions.
- Ability to work independently and with multiple levels of management
- Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to build and maintain high-quality internal and external relationships
- Effective verbal and written communication & negotiation skills
- Have an outgoing and personable personality
- Highly effective communicator and thrive on growing relationships
- Comfortable making outbound calls to warm leads.
- Dependable
Duties:
- Responsible for high-level sales activities, client follow-ups, scheduling appointments, email correspondence, and qualification calls to secure new clients and manage existing partner relationships
- Perform detailed documentation in company CRM regarding potential and current clients
- Work closely with the team to communicate the needs, goals, interests, and expectations of the client
- Utilize software within the team; ability to produce and analyze necessary reports
- Perform other various duties as required
