Trillium Staffing is looking for a Business Development Representative to join the team!
The Business Development Representative is responsible for achieving the financial goals of the branch office(s) by making sales calls to targeted, prospective clients to bring in new business. The representative will cover Coldwater, Sturgis and Battle Creek areas.

Other duties and responsibilities will include:

• Negotiating, pricing, bidding, and signing service agreements.
• Developing, implementing, evaluating, and adjusting an effective marketing and fulfillment strategy.
• Making sales and service calls within assigned territories.
• Maintaining frequent contact with recruiters.
• Attending networking events.

Hours will be Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. Some overtime may be necessary. Pay offered will be based on experience; the offer will include competitive base compensation plus uncapped earning potential within our commission structure and a full, comprehensive benefits package. Business Development Reps can expect to earn $50,000-$60,000 their first full year with base and commission.

• High school education or GED is required.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience in business, management, or related course of study preferred.
• Previous temporary staffing experience and/or 2 years of sales experience in a service industry required.
• Business-to-business sales experience required.
• Must hold valid driver’s license with good MVR and maintain insurance as position will require local travel.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
