Our Business Intelligence Analyst - Financial Transformation, will leverage multiple data sources & partner with teams across the organization to enable agile decision making and drive profitability.

• Use SQL to develop queries to analyze large datasets, validate their quality and visualize outcomes
• Work across various business departments to define and document business and technical requirements for data analysis and dashboards
• Actively work to understand and refine existing processes to develop new analytics views
• Import data into warehouse using wrangling/munging techniques
• Support development and maintenance of SSRS & Power BI dashboards
• Create and manage stored procedures & job scheduling
• Partner with DBA & IT in the development & upkeep of data warehouse
• Develop understanding of our systems/data and how they are used, including NextGen, UltiPro, Concur, Great Plains, Cobblestone, DocuPhase, etc.
• All Other Duties as assigned

• 1+ years developing SQL queries
• Strong understanding of relational database fundamentals
• Experience with data visualization a plus (SSRS, Power BI, Tableau, etc)
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
• Understanding of FP&A and Accounting functions preferred
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal
