Title: Operations Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to help oversee our growing multilocation Medical Marijuana Doctor’s Practice. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all staff and office operations. We are looking for an experienced leader, who excels in the player/coach role and has an entrepreneurial mindset to do what is needed to help the company succeed.

MMJ Health Labs is the leading Medical Marijuana doctor in the state of Florida, serving a large patient population across our 9 locations in West Palm Beach, Port St. Lucie, Wellington, Palm Beach Gardens, Boca Raton, Jupiter, Boynton Beach, Melbourne, and Stuart. Our philosophy is to pave the way for our patients to get their medicine and remedies as smoothly as possible. Our knowledgeable team works together to make the process fast and easy for our customers to get their medical marijuana license and deliver a professional, but kinder experience. It is important to us that every customer and potential customer gets a warm family feel from interacting with any of our staff members.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee, manage, and lead all day-to-day operations of the medical offices and staff, including the Doctor.
• Manage and track employee payroll and hours.
• Create and manage staff schedules, utilizing past performance and future appointment forecasts.
• Field and resolve problems with patients and staff.
• Direct and organize call center staff, including jumping onto calls as needed.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns with ROI top of mind.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensure high-quality customer service is provided to all patients and potential patients.
• Create and implement SOPs for best operating practices for business functions.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, including liaising with dispensaries, local business and others to increase MMJ’s presence in FL.
• Oversee implementation of business enhancing projects.
• Manage, ensure and aide employees on all KPIs and internal targets.
• Oversee and optimize website and marketing channels.
• Lead and implement strategies and procedures for patient retention.
• Promote positive reviews and resolve negative reviews on all channels.
• Assist and liaison with IT and Security
• Interview, onboard and train new employees, including developing hiring optimization plan and crafting employee offer letters.
• Oversee and ensure cash management policies are up to date and nightly counts are accurate.
• Ensure all local, county, and state licenses, taxes and insurances are up to date, paid and displayed properly.
• Additional, responsibilities that arise from the day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, including management, finance, entrepreneurship, leadership and other applicable fields of study.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and move quickly from task to task
• Project Management experience
• Knowledge of medical marijuana, including laws, regulations, and operations
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, QuickBooks, CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot etc.), Call Center Software (Five 9, AWS, etc.) and overall computer use
• 7+ years of management experience in an operational role
• 7+ years of call center management experience
• 7+ years of Sales or Customer Conversion Optimization experience
• 5+ years of CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and / or Call Center Software (Five 9, AWS, etc.) experience
• 3+ years of Project Management experience
• 3+ year of SEO, Marketing, or similar experience
