The Business Process Automation Lead within our Business Transformation Team assist Senior Architects with the global Business Intelligence & Analytics and/or Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning toolkit. They will support aspects of ideation, prototyping, solution proposals, budget management, and resolution of issues to successfully meet product goals and deliverables. The individual is responsible for transforming processes and technology in order to scale our capabilities across Service Delivery. This requires an intimate understanding of our business challenges as well as our technical capabilities in order to effectively collaborate with key IT stakeholders to develop new products that address our business imperatives. The Junior Solution Architect works with Divisional leads and group managers across Technology and/or Business to ensure product ROI’s are maximized and meet business needs.
Business Process Automation Lead requires:
- Idea generation to turn into business cases, which are reviewed for fit and ROI favorability by a designated governance committee. They represent the Business Transformation department in interactions with Service Delivery & IT groups.
- Effectively analyzes data and subject matter expertise to provide consultation & solution recommendations to business unit management.
- Designing optimal automation workflows with business teams that leverage BBH's self-service tool sets
- Excellent communication skills across many different audiences, from Clients to Engineers to Executives
- Excellent client empathy and have great negotiation skills
- Openness to different points of view when solving problems
- Work across teams to deliver full Product solutions
- Experience delivering products and services in Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC frameworks
- Flexibility in our fast-paced environment
- Creativity and willing to take risks
